I enjoy creating systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individuals and organizations. I appreciate the collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders as we determine how best to deliver content to close knowledge and skills gaps among learners. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I am working with others to create engaging and interactive learning solutions.

I am also passionate about my children, being outdoors, traveling, reading, writing, gardening, and cooking. Life is a grand adventure!
